What is my ideal size?
Measure from the middle of the septum to one finger below the chin as shown in the picture. Never in a straight line, follow the curve.
Our recommendation:
| If you measure between: | Ideal size |
| 11 and 12.5 cm | S |
| 13 and 15 cm | M |
| 15.5 and 18 cm | L (this size is usually ideal for men) |
